24 Hour Hotline

BATP operates a 24/7/365 crisis hotline for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. Trained staff provides crisis intervention, safety planning, referrals, and access to agency services, as appropriate. Callers are also provided community resources to meet their need as their situations are evaluated and assessed by trained staff. The agency’s hotline is the gateway to all other services including 24-hour accompaniment, advocacy, crisis intervention, counseling, housing, outreach, education, prevention and shelter services.
